2007 Special Session on Sequence Spaces and Transformations

This is a call for talks for the AMS Special Session on Sequence
Spaces and Transformations, which will take place as part of the
Regional Meeting #1030 of the American Mathematical Society to be held
October 5-6, 2007 (Friday - Saturday) in Chicago.
DATE: October 5 and 6, 2007 (Friday and Saturday). We have asked AMS
to schedule this special session on Saturday.
PLACE: DePaul University, Chicago, IL
TOPIC: The session will focus on Functional Analysis in the context of
Topological
and Banach Sequence Spaces, especially related to Summability theory, Hausdorff
Transformations, Probability Theory, and Fourier Series.
CALL FOR TALKS: If you are interested in presenting a 20 minute
talk
on new or recent work in Sequences, Series, Summability, Hausdorff
Transformations, and related topics, contact one of the organizers
listed below.
DEADLINE: Your abstract must be submitted to the AMS by August 7,
2007 (http://www.ams.org/amsmtgs
inform one of the organizers of your interest in giving a talk by June
19, 2007.
